- Order Policy
- Order Process: Most products are not created until an order has been placed for that item. Therefore, it is important to check and double-check your order to ensure everything is correct.
- Payment Policy
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are acceptable forms of payment.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required when order is placed.
- Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Processing times may vary depending on type and size of order.
- Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS. However, larger orders may be shipped via another carrier, i.e.
UPS or FedEx. - International Shipping: We do not ship outside of the United States.
- Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns: If merchandise must be returned, it must be returned in its original state,
meaning it should not be worn or washed before being returned. If it is worn or washed, no refund will be granted. - Exchanges: It is important to carefully review your order. Exchanges will only be permitted if there was an error caused by Designing By Grace Shop when fulfilling the order.
- Time Frame: Any issues with orders received should be reported within 15 days.
- Design:
- All artwork is original. Any reproduction of designs is copyright infringement.
